    1.1. Period of Changes and Returns

    We accept the changes and returns of merchandise, for this you need to contact us via email to share the specifications required by the indications, after the original purchase date according to the policies and exceptions mentioned below:

     

    Period of 14 days. We accept changes and returns of merchandise up to 14 days after the date of purchase in: all our products.
